Recruitment Consultant (Reg)

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to help our clients hire the best candidates for their company, and work with talents to help them find suitable job for their skills.

- advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies

- interviewing and assessing prospective talents and matching them with open vacancies at client companies

- screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview

- organizing interviews and selection of candidates

- making arrangements for the advertisement of open vacancies for client

- helping talents to prepare for interviews

- building and maintaining relationships with clients

- maintaining records of candidates' database

- negotiating offer (making sure a successful hire) including rate of income, basic salary, benefits and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate

Requirements

- Min. Bachelor Degree (or S1) in any field.

- Top graduates from high-quality universities or having an experience of living overseas, is a plus.

- Proven track record in sales & networking.

- Having a min. of 3 years previous experience as Recruitment Consultant in a headhunting / recruitment agency.

- A strong, self-driven, winning mentality is a must.

- Ready to work on-site (Work from Office)

- Passionate to succeed, capable to overcome objection & be persistent.

- Comfortable working with targets and enthusiast to achieve the numbers.
