Headhunting IC (Recruiter/AM) - 360 Recruitment

We are looking for Headhunting Individual Contributors (Recruitment consultants) to help our clients hire the best candidates for their company, and work with talents to help them find suitable job for their skills. They will also be responsible for selling Ekrut services & maintaining active relationship to activeclients.

- negotiating service agreements with existing /active clients

- advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies

- interviewing and assessing prospective talents and matching them with open vacancies at client companies

- screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview

- organising interviews and selection of candidates

- making arrangements for the advertisement of open vacancies for client

- helping talents to prepare for interviews

- building and maintaining relationships with clients

- maintaining records of candidates and clients

- negotiating offer (making sure a successful hire) including rate of income, basic salary, benefits and finalising arrangements between client and candidate

- in addition, identifying potential new clients and acquiring their business vacancies at client companies

Requirements

- Min. Bachelor Degree (or S1) in any field.

- Top graduates from high-quality universities or having an experience of living overseas, is a plus.

- Proven track record in sales & networking.

- Having a min. of 3 years previous experience as Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager in a headhunting / recruitment agency.

- A strong, self-driven, winning mentality is a must.

- Passionate to succeed, capable to overcome objection & be persistent.

- Comfortable working with targets and enthusiast to achieve the numbers.
