Recruitment Consultant Intern

Responsibilities:

• Post ads in job portals and social media.
• Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements.
• Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.
• Assist in talent/market mapping - research of potential candidate.
• Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak, write and read English is a must. Mandarin would be a plus.
• Good attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn new things.
• Willing to fully WFO (office location: District 8, SCBD).
• Fresh Graduate or Final-year students in any fields.
