• Candidate Sourcing
• Post job vacancies on various platforms,
• Assist supervisor in candidate offering process
• Compensation and benefit sales force
• Day to day main tance and update
• Procurement of flyers, e-flyers, job vacancies posters.
• Candidate Selection
• Provide information regarding job description to sales force
• Daily report on status update (selected candidate, invitation candidate, etc)
• Carry out event activities related to sourcing,
• Cooperating with the implementation of jobfair all regions.
• Conduct activities in recruitment process as targeted :
• Schedule and conduct first interviews
• Schedule next interviews with use
• Screening CV
