Our client is a national life insurance company that is a subsidiary of Indonesia's largest bank.

:

• Actively seek out potential customers to participate in the program. As a key member of the field sales team, you will engage with potential clients to introduce them to our microfinance services.
• Ollaborate with the financing committee by providing well-informed recommendations based on your thorough analysis of financing applications.
• Conduct comprehensive surveys to assess the viability of financing applications, ensuring they adhere to the established system, requirements, and policies.
• Provide valuable financial guidance and support to service members, and offer financing solutions tailored to the needs of rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
• Facilitate productive weekly meetings with members and efficiently handle service transactions to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum an associate degree.

- Proficient motorcycle riding skills.

- Willingness to work diligently in the designated area.

- Strong commitment to Amartha's mission of uplifting low-income households through microfinance services.

- Exemplary integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

- Thrives on challenges and is adept at door-to-door marketing and building rapport with potential customers.
