Area Bancassurance Manager (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities

• ABM is required to recruit for a branch that is the responsibility of relatives.
• Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the bank partner.
• Bank partner is obliged to assist parties, in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Market.
• Control and monitoring report of the Bancassurance Consultant (subordinates), support to RBM (Regional Branch Manager).
• Achieve FYP/month and ANP from the targets given.
• To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team.
• Control and monitoring team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in Life Insurance or Financial Industry as a Area Manager (handle Team).
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive-level contacts.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
