Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on sales gain and customer satisfaction
• Deliver training sessions to improve and optimize marketing team performance
• Conduct research to identify new markets and satisfy customer needs
• Work with agents regarding daily issues and situations
• Send reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact to Global Sales Director (Weekly/Monthly)
• Develop strategic partnership activities.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Responsible for expanding markets
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High-achieving and result oriented
• Good communication skills
