Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated National Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Mining, Oil & Gas Industries to deliver out Product & ICT Solutions. The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, B2B Business, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Mining, Oil & Gas market In Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, leveraging various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indonesia, targeting mining, oil & gas industries and organizations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities to superior.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their unique business needs to deliver the ideal solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • In-depth knowledge with the unique business needs and challenges of organizations in the Indonesian region.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Language & English
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Placement in Sulawesi Province (Morowali)
