PT Karya Bangsa Bahagia (HEPICAR Digital Platform) is a technology development company for digitizing the automotive service industry, providing motorcycle and car repair services, on-call vehicle washing, supplier of vehicle parts and in the process of becoming a supplier for electric motorbikes.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Maintain good relationship with customers, existing partners and provide quality services to ensure Long term success
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and benefit both parties
• Responsible for salesturnover targets
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the business of customers and partners
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure the success of customers and partners
• Monitor and report on the performance of customers and partners and provide suggestions to improve the performance of customers and partners
• Build good relationships with customers and understand customer needs, partnerships with partners, B2B
• Develop strategic plans for customer and partner accounts and ensure these plans are in line with company goals

Qualification:

• Like challenges and target oriented
• Have strong leadership in building business networks
• Minimum 3years experience in sales, marketing, management
• Experience in the automotive industry or automotive service
• Able to drive a car & have SIM A
• Have good negotiating skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers
• Education S1Economics, management, communication, business management
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Domicile/placement of Greater Jakarta
• Have good analytical skills and be able to make the right decisions
