Minimum 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with high net worth clients and stakeholders.

Has excellent fragrance creation experiences and very strong in evaluating fragrances (strong smelling skill)

Possess comprehensive knowledge of product markets in all categories, including personal care, household, and fine fragrance.

Speaks excellent English and great presentation skillset

7 + years of fragrance evaluation experiences in FMCG industry.
