Job Description
Organization- Park Hyatt Jakarta


Summary


  • Attend Engineering briefing and meeting.
  • Control weekly schedule of the maintenance.
  • Put yourself on the controlling of all safety devices.
  • Planning for the next month operation schedule and duty roster, or collect from each supervisor.
  • Prepare the weekly maintenance program.
  • Conduct proper and appropriate training scheme for subordinates, both theoretical and practical.
  • Open discussion with all staffs at least once a month, to get the idea and the input from the staffs, while their inquires can be solved at the same time .
  • Control log in data system.
  • Prepared purchase requisition for the next plan.
  • General checkup for the tools and equipment’s of the staffs to ensure there will be no difficulties on execution of the task.
  • Make statistical report of the problem appeared.
  • Control material consumption, set up adjustment if necessary.
  • Conduct supervisory level training.
  • Minimizing problem with proper job method, and control the execution of the task given.
  • Inspect all properties carefully to ensure the perfect level of selling readiness.
  • Execute immediately with full responsibility all task handed in by management.
  • Control the parts and material availability.
  • Evaluate the previous weekly assignment.
  • Make appropriate adjustment on long term planning if necessary.
  • Pay high attention for the aspect of the cleanliness and tidiness of the entree working areas.
  • Checking of daily schedule execution from all section under responsibility.
  • Fill up the maintenance charts for control system.
  • In case of special project, prepare all material needed for the smooth running of the projects.
  • Checking of the log books, discuss with Director of Engineer any problem that could harm the operation.
  • Evaluate problem solving.
  • Pay high attention for irregularity on operation data.
  • Checking and discussing with the Engineers or Director of Engineer the parts and material situation to find out the best solution.
  • Check the final result of the tasks which are distributed to the sub ordinates.
  • Prepared the monthly activity report before the end of the month.
  • Optimizing manpower’s to achieve maximum target.


Qualifications


  • Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Strong in leadership and business acumen
  • Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
