About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients in the Telco industry, building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and leading client meetings and negotiations. You'll also monitor account performance and ensure excellent customer support.
What you will do

• Negotiate and close complex deals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues or concerns, working closely with the appropriate internal teams to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the Telco industry, focusing on large organizations as key clients.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within the client organization.
• Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share, and develop strategies to maximize account potential.
• Understand the specific business needs, challenges, and objectives of each assigned account and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and technical support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations with clients, articulating our value proposition, highlighting product/service offerings, and effectively addressing any concerns or objections.

What you will need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Able to join ASAP.
• Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or other relevant fields.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Have an In-depth understanding and experience of the Telco industry, including market trends, technologies, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) on daily basis. Our office is located in Pejaten, South Jakarta.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
