Then come in and join our ASEAN team as Cancer Therapy (CTH) Clusters Business Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Siemens Healthineers’ ASEAN organizations in fulfilling our ambition of being the most relevant vendor for our customers. You will be responsible to deliver on orders and revenue targets for CTH through:


  • Developing and identifying opportunities in partnership with internal (DI, VAR ROS etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., BPs, 3rd party vendors).
  • Driving CTH growth strategy in the various countries in market share, profitability, and value selling.
  • Support and develop product knowledge of SHS product specialists and sales channels (SHS, VAR, BPs).


CTH plays a central role in the combination of Siemens Healthineers and Varian, uniting world-class teams and technologies to fight against one of the world’s most threatening diseases: cancer. Our goal is to provide customers in Radiation Oncology and their patients with the best possible portfolio of treatment and imaging solutions from one company.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


Business Management


  • Drive product value and keep up to date with competitive activates in market.
  • Provide business reviews/ target attainment status to line and business area management.
  • Manage deal escalations strategically to meet order & profitability targets.
  • Ensure funnel adequacy & accuracy are maintained.
  • Responsible to drive in-country contacts/ sales channels to meet business line goals.


Pre & Post-Sales Support


  • Customer product presentation, tender response, and configuration quote support.
  • Enable, train & support country product & sales teams with product portfolio.
  • Product marketing and support of new product launches.


Customer Relationship & Market Development


  • Work with regional & country teams to implement market development strategy.
  • Work with country teams to assess and identify new opportunities for growth in CTH portfolio, particularly market for MR in RT.
  • Assess organization & infrastructure, seek to develop if necessary.

Your qualifications and experiences:


  • Working Location: Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/ Thailand/ Vietnam
  • Clinical experience in diagnostic imaging/ radiation oncology is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales and/or product management in healthcare market.
  • Knowledge of complex market/ channel structures.
  • Leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree level education or higher.
