Primary Objectives

To actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation by accurately and efficiently preparing and managing data for Call Centre and Email Campaigns.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to:)

• Reconciliation against requirements/budgets
• Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.
• Participate in process change and implement process improvements
• Complete associated reporting and administration including tracking washout rates and management of reserve data
• Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible
• Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products
• Prepare list data for processing and reconcile against the original query request
• Assess identified risks and implement change in consultation with Manager
• Display CARE to all internal and external parties
• Prepare and drop data to call centres
• Wash data using Twins de-duplication software
• Export leads from collection platforms
• Format all data for upload into Merlin
• Identify requirements of internal customers on a weekly basis
• Ensure data criteria meets the agreed business suppression
• Reconciliation of data entered leads against original copies
• Anticipate internal customers’ needs and work proactively to meet and exceed expectations
• Communicate effectively with internal customers by providing solutions to problems and keeping them informed of progress or delays
• Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customer compliance
• Maintenance of data integrity
