Job Description


  • Transforming client business challenges into corporate business opportunities.
  • Make analysis and calculation of the right project value.
  • Negotiating projects or business cooperation.
  • Make the right offer or cooperation proposal to develop the company's business.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and analysis on a regular basis.
  • Identify and acquire new clients and partners through research.
  • Building good and sustainable business relationships with clients and company partners.
  • Prepare bid presentation materials, cooperation, or business development.
  • Fulfill the company's business targets.
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis of the company's business development.
  • Control the work of teams within the Department.

Job Requirement
  • Have good English skills in oral and written.
  • Have work experience in the IT industry
  • Able to work under pressure and results oriented.
  • Able to work independently and team.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have good negotiation skills.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position (business development / marketing / sales).
  • Have experience in handling B2B and B2G projects.
  • Have good writing skills.
  • Have good digital literacy including using office applications, email, etc.
