Business Analystics Manager Jobs

About The Role

As a Business Analystics Manager, you will responsible for directing, managing and presenting data related to Food & Beverage store performance and marketing activities as well as developing business process improvements so that maximum performance can be achieved.

What will you be doing?

1. Developing methods for processing and presenting information related to data store analysis (sales reports, QSC, incentives, etc.) and marketing activities (promo effectiveness, market trends, big order performance, etc.) required by superiors or other department.

2. Monitor and manage activity such as collecting, processing and presenting data related to all business performance achievements (including Food & Beverage stores) and marketing activities to ensure that all data is integrated and can provide useful information to superiors.

3. Monitor data accuracy and review the quality of information and data reporting related to store reports (sales reports, QSC, incentives, etc.) and marketing activities (promotion effectiveness, market trends, big order performance, etc.) as a reference for superiors to determine strategic steps for achieving business units.

4. Managing business process analysis activities across divisions/functions/business units as a basis for the development and implementation of process improvement programs.

5. Facilitating data and presentation materials for the needs of the Directors (operations, business unit & marketing) in the strategy to improve business unit performance.

6. Provide suggestions for improvements/recommendations based on the results of data analysis and applicable regulations for better performance improvement.

What do we look for?

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in all major
2. Experience as a Business Analystics Manager for at least 2 years
3. Experience in handling PDCA analysts, business analyst or corporate strategy
4. Expert skill in Data analysis, Statistical data skill, Logical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, and Reporting Skill
