Key responsibilities:

1. Check the invoices and supporting documents in accordance to the Finance policy

2. Input of journals in the correct general ledger account to ensure accurate financial reports

3. Ensure correct tax calculation, issue tax sheet for vendors, report taxes on time in accordance to the schedule and targets

4. Enter accurate tax number and percentage to issue invoice and tax slip for distributor

5. Ensure that there are no delay in monthly tax reports submission to government

6. Record actual fixed assets and depreciation

7. Check accounts payable according to the payment condition

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in finance management or accounting

2. Possess Tax Brevet A and B Certificate will be advantageous

3. Min 3 years experience in end to end tax cycle

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

5. High analytical skills

*this is a 1 year contract, with a possible chance of renewal/permanent, based on your performance/business' need
