Maintain day-to-day tax compliance matters; including preparation of monthly calculation/payment/returns, i.e. WHT)

Provide tactical solutions on main tax issues

Follow procedures and timelines to operate tax compliance matters

-Coordinate with clients to obtain the necessary data/documents.

-Assess compliance with tax laws and regulations.

-Conduct research on tax matters to assist the engagements.

-Prepare monthly and yearly tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT).

-Ensure tax returns are completed within the deadline.

-Complete and archive work papers and relevant documents.

One or more years of experience in tax preparation, finance, or accounting

Keep tax liability at a minimum by leveraging deductions, exemptions, and high-level knowledge of tax laws

Maintain accurate database of tax records, and manage electronic bookkeeping software

Exemplary accounting and bookkeeping skills

In-depth knowledge of applicable tax codes, laws, and regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in finance management or accounting

1. Check the invoices and supporting documents in accordance to the Finance policy

3. Min 3 years experience in end to end tax cycle

2. Input of journals in the correct general ledger account to ensure accurate financial reports

Strong organization and time management skills

Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience in the same position

Understanding all tax regulations and ensure company comply with the regulations

Provide tax preparation services (e-faktur, SPT Masa, etc), obtaining and reviewing tax information

Good in English both oral and written

1 year experience in Tax Consultant Field

Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from reputable Universities, with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Have good knowledge of taxation and accounting procedures

Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at professional levels will also be appreciated

Have a knowledge in Global Mobility Industry services is a plus.
