About The Role
As our Tax Associate, you will hold an important role within our team that directly impacts GoTo’s stakeholders. In this role, you will get to maintain day-to-day tax compliance matters and will also contribute to tax dispute processes. The Finance and Accounting team will be your companions during this ride. Best yet, you will have the opportunity to further improve your analytical and management skills.
What You Will Do

• Provide support in the event of the tax audit, or any tax dispute process (e.g. collate the required data/documents for the said processes)
• Follow procedures and timelines to operate tax compliance matters
• Provide tactical solutions on main tax issues
• Maintain day-to-day tax compliance matters; including preparation of monthly calculation/payment/returns, i.e. WHT)

What You Will Need

• Strong technical skills in tax accounting, monthly and annual tax compliance
• Oral & written English skills (intermediate level)
• S1 Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Accounting or Management) or Bachelor of Social Science (Majoring in Fiscal Administration) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 Scale)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the taxation field
• Able to work well individually and as a team player

About The Team
Our Tax team consists of around 10 people who are all based in Indonesia. Working alongside the Finance Operations, we are predominantly concerned with ensuring all tax regulations have been followed properly and maintaining that tax compliances are regulated.
