Position : Senior Tax

Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility :

• Checking one by one the scan of PIB & attachments for PIB Reconciliation (WHT art.22) and Prepare WS PIB for Monthly Closing, PWC audit, Tax Audit, CIT Return, etc
• If needed, Support the data related to COGS FY 2019 for Tax Appeal
• Coordinate with another secondee and help to print the tax documents / letter to be signed by Director
• Reconciliation between GL Account 8070010 and 7665120 vs 3440000 and 3442000
• Download the data from SAP, Support the data for CIT Return & documents for SKB WHT art. 22 if needed
• Coordinate with another secondee to prepare the Nominative List for attachments of CIT Return, Check some of GL account related to CIP, etc whether it's already deduct with WHT or not
• Communicate with internal team to collect the data that was requested by Tax office, such as invoice, Faktur Pajak, BPE, BPN and others documents for Support the data for Tax Audit, Tax Objections, Tax Appeal, etc
• Prepare PO for secondment services and another vendor related to the Tax Department only
• Support other job description related to Tax if needed including Support for Monthly WHT Compliance
• Support data related to VAT or WHT if needed, such as Download the data from SAP, Collect the invoice and another supporting documents
• Check some of GL account related to Leasing whether it's already deduct with WHT or not
• Filling hardcopy of invoice from supplier and letter from tax office and other documents

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in taxes
• Understand and able to speak English
• Good communication skills
• Have eagerness to learn new things related with tax or other matters that can support the job responsibilities
• Bachelor degree qualifications in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or close areas;
• Familiar with Indonesian accounting principles
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), SAP
• Excellent time management.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
