Job Description
The Role Responsibilities


  • Comply with Health & Safety policy as employee responsibilities: Follow HS&E instruction and procedures, to create a health and safety condition for ourselves, colleague, and protection of the environment and Highlight and report all accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions to Country HS&E
  • Make prompt report of suspicious transactions or proposed transactions in accordance to the documented process on reporting and/or in compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Fully comply with Group Policy and standards on money laundering prevention or local regulatory requirements for the prevention of money laundering
  • Maintain good relationship with FM Treasury, WMPS Fixed Income Desk and external counterparties to deal treasury products as well as with frontliners to encourage them to promote Treasury related products
  • To provide quality economic information to frontliners and customers related to FX volatility and Global Macroeconomics as part of education and promotion of Treasury products to frontliners and customers
  • To monitor RDS position and ensure RDS pricing is competitive among foreign banks pricing
  • To actively participate in joint marketing calls with frontliners to promote Treasury products to customers, including seminars, presentation, and market update to clients
  • To provide competitive Treasury Product pricing to SCB frontliners
  • To deal with FM Treasury, WMPS Fixed Income Desk, and external counterparties to square position


Strategy


  • To provide feedback to Treasury Product Manager (includes Fixed Income Product Manager) on clients changing needs to ensure that SCB’s product offering are current
  • Managing CMPS Indonesia Team
  • To meet the set revenue target from Treasury Product Transactions for Retail Clients and Business Clients segmentation
  • To ensure and maintain competitive RDS pricing compare to other foreign banks

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Professional qualification in Banking
  • Bank training: i.e. mandatory & developmental – as per agreed development plan with line manager
