Gandeng Foundation is an emerging non-profit organization with a mission to amplify the social impact of future generations in Indonesia. Our core focus is empowering Indonesian youth through mentorship programs, namely G-Consulting for undergraduate students and G-Academia for high school students.

Our program is highly valued by Indonesian future generations. In the past 2 years we reached more than 1300+ applicants and facilitated the personal growth of 75+ students with a 95% satisfaction rate towards the program. On maintaining the quality of our program, we are supported by 10+ experienced advisors from various backgrounds, such as Veronica Colondam, Alfatih Timur, and Alamanda Shantika.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for any human capital program execution, includingtalents for vacant roles
2. Conduct learning and development activities for internal members
3. Ensure the realization of our culture and values across the entire organization
4. Manage the project, including task allocation, task management, and execution related to member appreciation, engagement with related divisions, handling conflict, member retention, etc.
5. Manage and build relationships with the people of the department and the entire organization
6. Execute the coordination with the employer branding team.

1. Qualifications
2. Can commit for at least 1 year (until June 2024)
3. Min. 1st-year university student from any major, preferably psychology or management
4. Knowledgeable on the human capital function, preferably having prior relevant experiences
5. Excellent in structured thinking and communication, for both written and oral
6. Have a good interpersonal skills and a people management enthusiast
7. A self-starter a high aptitude for learning with a can-do attitude
8. Gives a damn in taking care of the people of Gandeng
9. Preferably have prior professional, competition, event-making, or other student-activity experiences
