Overview A Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the human capital of an organization. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing employees. They also manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Detailed Job Description A Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the human capital of an organization. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing employees. They also manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. They ensure that the organization’s human capital is managed in a way that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They also ensure that the organization’s human capital is managed in a way that is consistent with the organization’s mission and values. Job Skills Required• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in human resources management
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, training, and development

• At least two years of experience in human resources management
