Requirements :
- Minimal pendidikan S1 Manajemen, Psikologi (IPK minimal 3,00 dari 4,00)
- Memahami Business Acumen, Data Analysis, Managing through System, Negotiation, Presentation & Facilitation Skill, Product Knowledge dan Total Quality Orientation
- Dapat membangun hubungan dengan baik, memiliki kemampuan perencanaan dan dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
- Lulusan baru dipersilakan
Responsibilities :
- Bertindak sebagai PDCA Analyst untuk mengintegrasikan proses bisnis kolaboratif dari semua fungsi di departemen HC ntuk mendorong pencapaian project
- Menganalisis, mengembangkan, dan mengelola rencana strategis & kebijakan untuk meningkatkan proses bisnis di Departemen HC
- Menganalisa dan menetapkan HC metrics/KPI untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur inisiatif proses bisnis internal atau hasil program perbaikan
- Membantu Business Support Director dalam melakukan transformasi bisnis pada ruang lingkup HC
- Memfasilitasi PDCA Cycle untuk semua section di Human Capital
- Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis data yang relevan di HC untuk melakukan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara detail ke dalam strategi dan peningkatan bisnis.
- Bekerja sama dengan semua fungsi HC (Organization Development, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Learning & Development, People Operation, dan Employee Relation) untuk mendukung upaya perbaikan operasional yang berkelanjutan.
