Job Description

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with the idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. We keep on growing our teams and we are looking for someone who is passionate to grow with us!


  1. Handle end-to end recruitment processby sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  3. Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  4. Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  5. Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  6. Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on career development.
  7. Develop and implement People Ops agenda to strengthen employee engagement.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  9. Manage compensation and benefits including payroll, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.


Requirement

  1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
  2. Have at least 1 years of human resource experience.
  3. Understand about HR process
  4. Understand English both oral and written
  5. Has experience in a start-up or tech company is an advantage
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
  7. Has can-do attitude, agile, and focus on target
