Job Description
Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on career development.
  • Handle end-to end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement People Ops agenda to strengthen employee engagement.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Manage compensation and benefits including payroll, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

  • Has experience in a start-up or tech company is an advantage
  • Has can-do attitude, agile, and focus on target
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
  • Understand English both oral and written
  • Understand about HR process
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
  • Have at least 1 years of human resource experience.
