Role Overview:

As a HRD administrator, you will be the catalyst driving the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our distinctive company culture. Your role transcends traditional HR functions, encompassing talent development, employee engagement, and cultural enrichment. By infusing creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an environment where every team member can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Requirement :

• Minimum S1 Human Resource Management / Psychology / Business Administration or related major
• Familiar with google workspace is a plus
• Proficient in Ms Office Excellent in Communication and leadership skill
• Have at least 1 year experience in human resources is preferable
• Good Knowledge in administration, assesment, Organizational Development, recruitment and training

:

• Planning, identify and implement human resource activities related to recruitment, performance management, people development, evaluation, compensation and benefit
• Handle Human Resources administration
• Monitor and control human resources data, reports and document
• Develop, improve, and implement KPI-Based performance management system and SOP
• Provide Consultation to management on employee related issues
