Human Resources Generalist - Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve employee concerns, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and promote positive employee relations within the organization.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist & monitor in conducting salary reviews, analyzing compensation data, and implementing reward and recognition programs.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Stay updated on labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication skill
• Strong foundation in HR principles, employment laws and labor regulation
• At least 3 - 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good time management
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degreein human resources, psychology, business administration or related field
• Ablility to analyze & indentify potential issues, and develop practical solution
• Have knowledge & experience in various HR function, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefit, HR policies & procedures,
• Good interpersonal skills to building positive relationship with individuals at all levels of the organization
