Job Description

Ugently Needed Foreman HR Generalist

Responsible for recruitment from A to Z

Responsible for employee performance review

Participate in formulating company PP, HR policies, work procedures or SOP

Ensure HR policies being carry out effectively

Monitoring employee attendance record

Maintain good relationship and communication with employees

Handle day to day HR operations issues

HR Administrative jobs.

Requirements :

Woman / Man

Located at site east kalimantan with roster work

Well-versed with Labour Act

At least 2-3 years of working experience in Mining industry

Good in Microsoft Excel

Good interpersonal skill

Good communication skill

Familiiar with edabu BPJS

Can work independent

Can start work immediately
