Job Description

A 1-year development program to develop your skills in Human Resources area!


Qualifications:

  • Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
  • Willing to join the 1-year development program
  • Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other departments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management from a reputable University
  • Have a good understanding of HR Operations and Indonesian Labor Law
  • Proficiency in Ms Office, along with organizing, coordinating, and analytical skills
  • Passionate about learning & doing HR Management
  • Fresh graduate (2022/2023) and less than 1-year experience
