Human Resources Generalist Jobs

• Monitor, analyze, update, and review employee attendance (annual leave record, sickness, WFH, absence, etc.)
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the CEO
• Handing out Eid & Christmas Hampers to employees
• Maintain Relations with Office building management & maintenance repairman
• Managing KPI system & Performance Appraisal for all employees
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing – onboarding
• Arranging employee engagement events (outings, coaching, etc)
• Preparing employee Onboarding (Contract, laptop, access card, etc)
• Handling employee Offboarding (BAST, farewell gift)
• Design employee SOPs, Jobdesc guides, and Policies, and Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Officer
• A passionate campaigner for good culture in the workplace
• Demonstrate ability to finish tasks and make reports quickly
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• People person - you’re energetic and enjoy working with others
• Well-organized, attention to detail, and able to work with deadlines
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high quality of work
• Are an exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or Business Administration
• Are an active learner - you might not have done it before, but you're willing to learn new things to get it done
