Human Resources Generalist (Mandarin)

About our client:

Manufacturer of feature phones & smartphones and its accessories. The company has now built new factory in Cikupa-Tangerang, with a capacity of more than 500 workers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle confidential information and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Have proficiency in Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, document preparation, and file management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations and provide support to employees.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and managing HR files.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR data and generate reports.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support performance reviews.
