Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate recruitment & onboarding processes.
• Monitor relationships between employees.
• Manage employees’ performance KPIs.
• Manage the payrolls and benefits administration of employees.
• Manage the attendance tracking of employees.
• Work on-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
• Develop, maintain and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in the areas of: Psychology / Management / Business Other areas of study are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• A people person and an avid communicator, as you will be collaborating with people from various teams within the agency.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
