About Our Client
Our client is a leading international healthcare chain with reputable track-record in providing high quality healthcare service.

• Acting as a business partner to identify challenges within HR spectrum and suggest solutions
• Responsible for Employee Relations' activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the best practices
• Play a key role in providing HR expertise and advice for end-to-end HR spectrum, covering recruitment, compensation & benefit, development, and services
• Represent and play a key role in supporting and executing Corporate HR priorities aligning to company strategy
• Ensuring the HR compliance practices

The Successful Applicant

• Good interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Bringing over at least 8 years of experience in managing the end-to-end spectrum of HR
• Coming from the hospital industry will be highly advantageous
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end HR management, both the operational and strategic aspects
