Job Description

Office/HRD Manager will support the company in managing and coordinating all tasks related to General Administration, Company Documents and Human Resource Development (HRD). These tasks include:


  • Ensure that the office and all process is running smoothly
  • Taking care of office facility, office supplies, relation to service providers, other business contatcs
  • Managing day to day administrative office tasks in the company, e.g. filing of all documentations, purchase administration, attendance timekeeping, work permits for foreigner, travel arrangements, legal company documents, etc.
  • Coordinate other activites (e.g. travel schedules) with our head office in Austria
  • Managing HRD related activities, e.g. Job Interviews, Employee assessment & development


Requirements:

  • Practial approach with "get things done" mentallity
  • Familiar with common PC Software (Microsoft Office)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university
  • English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Teamplayer who can bond with emplyoees, but also willing to make tough decissions
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Organized and pro-active
  • At least 5 years of working experience in office administration related field, ideally as office or HRD manager.
  • Reliable, discrete and honest personality
