Human Resources Business Partner

Currently we hiring for "Human Resources Business Partner" for our Client and placement in BSD.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
• Partner with business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure continued growth and success of the business.
• Manage HR operation activities when in needs.
• Collaborate across HR functions, representing a bridge between the management and rest of the employee to provide HR guidance (recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations).

Qualifications

• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Must have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient.
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience.
