Job Description
  • Identify HR needs regarding the development of HRIS
  • Ensure the execution of HRIS development projects are implemented accordingly
  • Collaborate with Users to do workshops & observation regarding HR flow process in detail


Qualifications :

  • Good understanding of system analyst workflow
  • Good understanding of business analyst workflow
  • Possess a strong HR knowledge
  • Good understanding of design analyst workflow
  • Bachelor's Degree from Informatics System
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as HRIS Analyst or related field
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Strong logical thinking
