Job Description
  1. Identify HR needs regarding the development of HRIS
  2. Collaborate with Users to do workshops & observation regarding HR flow process in detail
  3. Ensure the execution of HRIS development projects are implemented accordingly


Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of design analyst workflow
  • Good understanding of business analyst workflow
  • Strong logical thinking
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Bachelor's Degree from Information System or Computer Science
  • Possess a strong HR knowledge
  • Good understanding of system analyst workflow
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as HRIS Analyst or HRIS Project Manager
