Knowledgeable on the human capital function, preferably having prior relevant experiences

Manage and build relationships with the people of the department and the entire organization

Responsible for any human capital program execution, includingtalents for vacant roles

Experience working and investing in SEA with strong, relevant business relationships established in multiple countries.

At least 5+ years of demonstrably-relevant, direct early-stage to early-growth investing experience equity rounds.

Experience in making sound investment decisions, as evidenced by deal performance and professional recommendations.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively synthesize complex information, present rigorous analysis, and exercise advanced critical thinking to deliver recommendations and solutions.

Min. S1 majoring in industrial engineering / psychology / management / economics;

Perform organizational design analysis, and manage the fulfillment of manpower needs, and employee development; &

Have integrity, credibility, self-confidence, leadership, interpersonal skills and good analytical thinking.

Min. 4 years of experience

Recommend and implement review activities and employee competency assessment.
