PT. Medan Bioenergy Nusantara (MBN) is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material - primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) for biodiesel production as well as Biodiesel itself.
We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for biofuel production. We bulk, store, blend and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

We are looking forHead of HRwith details below;
- Tracking of key KPIs and performance of Managers to ensure continued development of both individual and company
- Partner with all management levels to drive business results that optimize Human Resources talent, structure, process and culture.
- Design and lead the implementation of program, solution and practices to enhance and grow the business through effective Human Capital structure and services.
- Leading end-to-end HR initiative and projects, in instance: managing HRIS, handling employee relations, HR program & projects, ensuring compliance with company & legal regulations, managing budgets, assessing recruitment needs, developing performance and people management, and ensuring organization effectiveness and business objective.
- Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management to business stakeholders, labor union relationship and government liaison.
- Developing operating plans toensure that Company has all resources to effectively execute their near term and longer-range goals (KPI).
- Provide advice to executive management on all organizational matters.
- Managing and responsible of cost items within Company pertaining to HR as an expectation to directly contribute towards Company's profit and loss account
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Having experience in Startup environment is prioritized
- Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
- Passionate in delivering results and working in fast pace company environment
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in developing and managing stakeholder groups across the business
