Duties and responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management:
- Design and implement human resource policies that are effective and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Manage the recruiting and selection process, including posting job advertisements, interviewing, and testing potential employees.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of employee competencies and qualifications in accordance with company needs.
- Manage employment contracts, performance and other employment issues.
- Arrange training and development programs to improve employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee performance policies, evaluation, and payroll.
- Identify employee training and development needs based on performance analysis.
- Design and implement effective and innovative training and development programs.
- Assess the effectiveness of the training program and make continuous improvements.
- Assist employees in planning and developing meaningful career paths.
2. Handling PPh 21:
- Ensuring company compliance with tax regulations, especially PPh 21.
- Calculating and managing employee tax deductions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Compile and report the necessary tax data to the local tax authorities.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding PPh 21 regulations and assist in filling out annual tax returns.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Skilled (is a plus) in using third-party applications or platforms such as: Mekari Talenta, Sleekr HR, Jurnal, CakeHR, Jojonomic, Prima HR, SleekFlow or other platforms
Qualification:
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in human resource management, employee development, and handling PPh 21.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations especially PPh 21.
- Proven expertise and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills and able to work with various levels of employees.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Have a strong leadership spirit and be able to provide solutions in dealing with human resource problems.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
1. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia:
- Merancang dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang efektif dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
- Mengelola proses perekrutan dan seleksi, termasuk posting iklan pekerjaan, wawancara, dan pengujian calon karyawan.
- Memastikan pemenuhan kompetensi dan kualifikasi karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Mengelola kontrak kerja, kinerja, dan masalah ketenagakerjaan lainnya.
- Menyusun program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi karyawan.
- Mengawasi kebijakan kinerja, evaluasi, dan penggajian.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan berdasarkan analisis kinerja.
- Mendesain dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang efektif dan inovatif.
- Menilai efektivitas program pelatihan dan melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan.
- Membantu karyawan dalam merencanakan dan mengembangkan jalur karir yang berarti.
2. Penanganan PPh 21:
- Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap peraturan perpajakan, terutama PPh 21.
- Menghitung dan mengelola pengurangan pajak karyawan sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.
- Menyusun dan melaporkan data perpajakan yang diperlukan kepada otoritas pajak setempat.
- Memberikan panduan kepada karyawan tentang peraturan PPh 21 dan membantu dalam pengisian SPT tahunan.
- Mahir dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
- Mahir (is a plus) dalam menggunakan aplikasi atau platform pihak ketiga seperti: Mekari Talenta, Sleekr HR, Jurnal, CakeHR, Jojonomic, Prima HR, SleekFlow atau platform lainnya
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki gelar sarjana atau setara dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, pengembangan karyawan, dan penanganan PPh 21.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang peraturan perpajakan Indonesia terutama PPh 21.
- Keahlian dan pengalaman yang terbukti dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja dengan berbagai lapisan karyawan.
- Kreatif, proaktif, dan dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dan dapat memberikan solusi dalam menangani masalah sumber daya manusia.
