Human Resources Lead Jobs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/human resources management/business management

2. Experience as HR Generalist / HR Leader min. 3+ years

3. Have experience in startup and Chinese company

4. Have strong negotiation and leadership

5. Good demand communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills

6. Good knowledge in HR, especially in HR Policies, Procedures, , SOP and Performance Appraisal

7. Strong knowledge on rules and regulations of employment and labour laws

8. Good administrative skills and abilitis to create good requirement documentation

9. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

10. Understand article no.11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2002 about manpower policy in Indonesia and HR other supported regulation

11. Excellent command in English, both oral and written, Mandarin is a Plus

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: handle end to end process for all level

2. Performance Management: create KPI content with all user and reviewing and analyzing the result

3. Training & Development: assess training needs to apply and monitoring training program

4. General Affair: maintain and controlling all company asset, ATK, uniform, etc

5. HR Admin, Payroll (include BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PPH21), create some letter

6. Design, develop and review , KPI, SOP and companypolicies

7. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department

8. Leading and managing the day to day operation of the HR Department

9. Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed

10. Create some program or activity to booster employee engagement and satisfaction

11. Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees
