Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
2. Identify training needs within the organization and help coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth
3. Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment matters.
4. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. Support management in addressing performance issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications:

1. Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
