Job Description

Responsibilities:


1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and new employee orientation.

2. Manage employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, career development, and promotions.

3. Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.

5. Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive employee relations environment.

6. Support HR initiatives related to training and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

7. Collaborate with management to address disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

8. Assist in creating and updating HR-related documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

2. Proven experience (2years) working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

3. Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

6. Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.

7. Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to propose innovative HR solutions.

8. Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

9. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
