Possess excellent communication both oral and written in Bahasa and English and negotiation skills

Hold at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field

Able to operate MS Office (Excel, Word, etc) and capable to do data analysis and reporting

Exhibit winning attitudes and eager to learn new things

Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of the employee life cycle and HR processes.

Hands-on experience in leading Performance Management, Restructuring and Industrial Relations matters.

Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication, presentation and project management skills.

Manage statutory & external compliances which includes regular updates and preparation of employment documents/agreements, employee handbook, safety handbook and audits.

5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years of experience at the management level

Act As An Expert To Administrators And Staff In Regard To Arrangements And Systems

Plan And Carry Out Organizational Strategies, Company Costs And Budget, And Key HR Measurement Strategy

Preferably coming from a Multinational Manufacturing or FMCG background

Manage and provide updated information as required, references, process payment in terms of BPJS and insurance
