• Responsible for HR Information System maintenance and updates.

• Maintaining the administration of new employees, including contract and contact information forms.

• Maintaining administrative duties in connection with employee changes, including extension and

terminations of employee contracts.

• Responsible for the industrial relations issue.

• Updating, improving, and implementing all necessary policies related to human resources.

If you Are (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in office administrations, management, psychology, law or related major.

• Minimum 3-year experiences in similar role and industry.

• Good knowledge in HRIS management and Government Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).

• Having an experience in handling employee data and document.

• Good in maintaining relations with stakeholders.

• Having an experience in working with fast-paced environment is an advantage
