Job Description

Location: Head Office (Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and well-being of our employees. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify hiring needs, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and handle employee data with integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Proven work experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
