HRD & GA PT Nyala Masadepan Indonesia.


Dengan tanggungjawab sebagai berikut :


  1. Bertanggungjawab atas pelaksanaan prosedur SOP,
  2. Training karyawan
  3. Penanganan PengembanganOrganisasi, seperti: Job Klarifikasi, , Job Analysis, EvaluasiKerja KPI
  4. Bertanggungjawab untuk Benefit & Compensation seperti Payroll, Overtime, Asuransi Kesehatan, Jamsostek.
  5. Set up sistemPenilaian karyawan dan staff (KPI)
  6. Penanganan Hubungan Industrial (Disnaker.)
  7. Penanganan Administrasi kepersonaliaan seperti Kontrak Kerja, Surat Peringatan, Indisipliner
  8. Proses Rekrutmen Karyawan
  9. Mengurusi GA
