To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Establish and implement Associate Communication programs.
• Leading the establishment of Human Resources Policies.
• Guide and supervise the staff’s performance in HR department.
• Establish and implement Associate Recognition programs.
• Choose the right recruitment channel and monitor the recruitment process.
• Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.
• Prepare HR budget with Director of Finance and General Manager.
• Prepare Hotel Manning with all department heads.
• Establish competitive Compensation and Benefits strategy.
• Participate in local HR Committee to get the updated information about local talent market and employment regulations.
• Providing professional advice to General Manager and Executive Committee about HR strategy and policy.

What You’ll Bring (requirements)

• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams.
• Problem solving, analytic, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Tourism Management or other related subjects.
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to manage complex relationships.
• Familiar with Local Labor and Employment Regulations.
• Good writing and training skills.
