-HR Compensation & Benefit-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible Solving Internal & External conflicts
• Coordinate and control PKWT, Manage employee databases and candidate databases into the HRIS
• Ensure & check every month to run Payroll, BPJS, Pph21, calculations are correct and no errors occur
• Managing the administration of BPJS TK, BPJS Kes, and employee health insurance in accordance with government regulations, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing

Qualifications:

• Good in HR Analytic and good knowledge in updated regulation in Human Resources area
• Candidates must possess at least D3 in any major
• Good communication skills, initiative, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and well-organized multitasking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Placement : Solo Baru, Jawa Tengah
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and procedures
• More than 1 year experience in garment industry is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good Understanding in Labor law, regulation and policies
